Changes in Color of ICP Films

Your not seeing things, the color of our ICP Green films are getting a make over and the difference is noticeable. In order to have a more consistent color in the ICP film lots it was required that we strengthen (darken) the color green. Over the next several months you will see the ICP films change from a light pale green to a rich dark green. The color change is purely cosmetic and has no effect on the performance or longevity.

Shinoda USA Inc., Announces Green Frog ICP Jackets for Smaller Format Presses

Green Frog Jackets for smaller sized press formats such as the Heidelberg QM46, Ryobi, Hamada and other presses now have a unique solution for small press delivery cylinder positions. These jackets eliminate the trouble of dealing with hard to replace nets that tend to collect spray powder resulting in quality issues. These jackets are simple to install, easy to maintain and last longer than net materials.

Shinoda USA Inc. - Euless Texas USA, manufacturer of ICP Anti-Marking materials will debut its line of Green Frog™ ICP Anti-Marking Transfer and Delivery Jackets to the global print industry this May during the DRUPA 2012 Exhibition.

From our humble start in April 2010, to now being sold in over twenty seven countries, Shinoda USA's Green Frog ICP Anti-Marking Jackets and ICP Marking Sheets are fast becoming printers' first choice for "mark-less" printing on Heidelberg's and many other press models.

Developed by James Elliott, one of the printing industry's leading authorities on anti-marking products and solutions with over thirty years experience. Shinoda USA Inc. Appoints CyanX Ltd. as Master European Distributor

Shinoda USA Inc. and CyanX Ltd, located in the UK have joined forces to let the "Frogs" loose in Europe. Long time associates Yan Stevenson and James Elliott have once again joined together to market Green Frog ICP Anti-Marking Jackets throughout Europe.

James has said "it will be a great pleasure to work with Yan Stevenson, Richard Mawson and the rest of the staff at CyanX Ltd. as I feel that they have the most experience with anti-marking products in all of Europe and can support the products like no other company there."

Shinoda USA Inc. Joins with Graphic Arts Depot for Latin America Coverage

Shinoda USA Inc., is please to announce that Graphic Arts Depot will be representing Shinoda's entire lineup of ICP Anti-Marking Films and Papers, including the Green Frog ICP Anti-Marking Transfer/Delivery Cylinder Jackets for Heidelberg Presses, to their dealer network throughout Mexico, Central and South America as well as the Caribbean.

Shinoda USA Inc. Announces the Addition of Soft Cloth Anti-Marking Fabric Material

Shinoda USA Inc. looks to offer alternative materials to reduce or eliminate marking issues on non absorbent materials and specialty applications. The Soft Cloth fabric is a double layer material, the surface is a soft non-woven soft cushion cloth type material with a polypropylene base. The polypropylene base is durable and eliminates stretching of the surface cloth. Soft Cloth can be used to help or eliminate marking issues on sensitive printing applications by providing support in the form of a cushioning effect for such materials as plastic, metalized or other heavy substrates. The Soft Cloth can also be an alternative to other cloth based type products and can be converted to adapt to existing transfer clamping mechanisms. It is standard on Akiyama perfector positions.

Shinoda USA Inc. Announces the Addition of Industry Veteran Mike Scaglione as Director of Sales

Mike Scaglione has recently joined Shinoda USA Inc., as Director of Sales & Business Development where he will be responsible for overseeing dealer, distributor and OEM sales for Shinoda's line of Anti-Marking Films, Papers, Specialty Packing Materials and Industrial Tapes within the Americas and Worldwide sales of Green Frog ICP Anti-Marking Jackets for Heidelberg press models.

Mike has over thirty years of experience in the printing industry beginning in operations and leading into sales in the late eighties for leading peripheral manufacturers selling through dealers, distributors and OEM's worldwide. He will be utilizing this extensive knowledge in energizing the relatively new Shinoda distribution center here in the US along with James Elliott, Shinoda USA's President.

Shinoda USA Inc., based in Euless Texas offers Anti-Marking Films, Papers, Transfer Jackets, Specialty Materials and Industrial Adhesive Tapes to the printing and other industries.

Burnishine Named National Dealer for Shinoda USA Inc. Products

Shinoda USA Inc. Announces Addition of New Product; New Light Industrial Tapes

Shinoda USA Inc. looks to open new markets and expand product offerings with the addition of New Light Industrial Tapes. This material is an industrial tape that is made from a Ultra High Polymer Polyethylene. New Light Tapes are used in many industries to reduce friction, wear and static elimination. New Light Tapes are resistant to abrasion and superior to other tapes made of Fluoric resins, nylon or other materials. New Light Tapes also provide self-lubricating capabilities and coefficient friction that is as low as Fluoric resins and  has exceptional "slip" characteristics.

New Light Tapes can also be used in a wide variety of applications requiring qualities such as resistance to chemicals, static electricity, liquid absorption, vibration or shock and its non-toxic.

New Light Tapes are used on guide plates, turn bars, triangular formers, idler, compensator and pass rollers on web and heat-set presses as well as turn bars on digital presses such as the Kodak Versamark and Prosper presses.

Shinoda USA Inc. Announces the Release of Green Frog ICP Anti-Marking Transfer/Delivery Jackets for Heidelberg press models

Shinoda USA Inc. is now offering converted jackets made from ICP anti-marking films for the transfer and delivery positions of Heidelberg press models.These jackets utilize the High Performance ICP-S Anti-Marking Film in converted form to adapt to transfer and delivery positions using the original manufacturers clamping mechanisms. The jackets are hand made and use precision fabricated metal parts for proper fitting. They use tempered and stainless steel parts to insure proper fitting. They are also supplied with a solvent and heat resistant pre-attached backing (packing) that provides proper support during the transfer process. Models available: Heidelberg Speedmaster 52, 74 and 102 (post 1996) with more models available soon.

Shinoda & Co. Ltd. (Japan) supplier of Anti-Marking Films, Papers and other advanced materials have after 20+ years discontinued supplying Anti-Marking System Inc. (formerly Sivex Corp.) anti-marking materials know as Pearl-Tex and Gem-Kote, their private label.

In order to continue to serve the print industry market, Shinoda & Co. Ltd. has opened its own division in the North America Market, Shinoda USA Inc. They have positioned James A. Elliott as President to oversee the daily operations in Texas. James is a 30 year veteran in the printing industry and an expert concerning anti-marking materials and transferring of printed substrates through printing presses.

James has indicated that Shinoda USA Inc., will begin operations and supplying the ICP Anti-Marking Films and Papers as well as other advanced materials to the North American and other markets worldwide beginning in June of 2010.
